We are a small team. We aim to reply to every message within 2 business days, and to privacy requests within the legal deadline (one month).
What GreenSlips is
GreenSlips is a sports-betting research and analytics tool. It shows sportsbook odds alongside statistics and model projections so you can do your own homework on player props, game lines, and parlays. It is not a sportsbook: you cannot place a bet in GreenSlips, we never hold your money, and we have no affiliation with any sportsbook or league. GreenSlips is for adults (18+, or 21+ where the law requires). Please read our Terms of Service and Responsible Gambling page.
Account and sign-in
Creating an account / signing in
You can browse most of the app as a guest. To sync your preferences across devices, open Profile → Security & Billing and choose Sign in. Sign-in is handled securely by Auth0; GreenSlips never sees your password.
Changing your email address
Profile → Security & Billing → Change email. Enter the new address and confirm your password.
Forgotten or reset password
Profile → Security & Billing → Send password reset. We email you a reset link. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Signing out
Profile → Security & Billing → Sign out. Signing out removes your tokens and cached preferences from that device.
Export your data
- Open Profile → Security & Billing.
- Under Your data, choose Export my data.
- Within a few minutes we email a secure download link to your account email. The link expires, and the file is removed automatically after 8 days.
The export is a machine-readable JSON file containing your account profile, preferences, and the history of your data requests. One export can be requested every 24 hours. If you cannot use the app, email privacy@greenslips.pro from your account email address and we will run the export for you.
Delete your account
You can delete your GreenSlips account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Profile → Security & Billing.
- Under Danger zone, choose Delete account.
- Read the list of what will be removed, type the confirmation text, and confirm.
Deletion starts immediately: your sign-in identity is deleted at Auth0, your synced preferences and any export files are removed from our servers, any error reports linked to you are erased, your device is signed out and its local cache is wiped, and you receive a confirmation email. A record that a deletion happened is kept, but it contains only a one-way hash of your account identifier, not anything that identifies you.
By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email privacy@greenslips.pro with the subject “Delete my GreenSlips account” from the email address on the account. We will verify the request and run the same deletion, normally within 2 business days and always within one month.

Report a bug or wrong data
Email support@greenslips.pro with: what you expected, what happened, the screen you were on, your device and OS (or browser), and a screenshot if possible. If a statistic, line, or lineup looks wrong, please include the player or game and the time you saw it — odds and stats come from third-party providers and can lag or err, and reports help us catch it faster. See the data-accuracy disclaimer: always confirm the live line with your sportsbook before betting.
Known beta limitations
- MLB only during the beta. Other sports are planned.
- The web app downloads a large runtime on first load; later visits are fast because it is cached.
- Between the end of one day’s slate and the posting of the next, some boards show “Nothing on the board yet”. That is expected.
- There is nothing to buy in the beta. Billing options shown in the app are inactive.
Privacy questions
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect (very little), why, and your rights. For any privacy request, including access, correction, objection, or a complaint, email privacy@greenslips.pro. UK users can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office; EU users their national data-protection authority.
Security researchers
If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email security@greenslips.pro with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not access other people’s data, disrupt the Service, or publish the issue before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. We will acknowledge reports within 2 business days and will not pursue good-faith researchers who follow these rules.
